DELIVERY


Although we endeavour to process, dispatch and delivery orders promptly, no absolute guarantee is given of any delivery timescale. Orders will be proceed within 2 working days after order placed during working time ( working day's 'cut off time which is *12pm daily).
"Working day" is considered to be Monday to Friday, excluding holidays or any other day on which we or our warehouse is closed. Deliveries may be made any time between * '9am to 6pm'. Our standard delivery service cover most of the countries. It is essential that someone will be at the delivery address to receive and sign for the goods. It is vital that you provide the correct address, in as much detail as possible, including a complete postcode. If the address or postcode you give is incorrect or you request a re-routing from the original destination (via us or directly to the courier), you will be charged for the re-routing costs at our standard carriage rates.

SHIPPING

Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct. Cason Trading Sdn Bhd may not be responsible for mistyped/incorrect billing and shipping addresses. Our products will not be shipped to a Post Office Box.


CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Customer shall bear all country, provincial, government, state and local sales, use, goods and services, value added, excise, privilege and similar levies/taxes. Unless the Customer notifies Cason Trading Sdn Bhd to the contrary on the day of delivery and such notification is confirmed in writing within one day, the Products shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer as being in good condition and in accordance with the Contract. The Customer shall not be entitled to withhold payment of all or any of the price of the Products whilst any claim is being investigated by Cason Trading Sdn Bhd. 


DELIVERY AND TRANSIT DAMAGE

We aim to complete the shipping by reaching the Customer within 7 to 21 working days depends on your country’s location . Timed deliveries or arrival time estimates are provided as a guide and target only. All deliveries we make will require a signature on delivery. If a package appears to be damaged before you open it, the consignment must be signed for with a note to that effect. Goods damaged in transit must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt. You must keep all packaging as that may be required in event of a claim.


EXPIRY DATE

Only products with minimum 3 months from the expiry date will be delivered to Customers. Cason Trading Sdn Bhd won’t accept any complaints or follow up with any issues due to products’ expiry date.

REFUND POLICY

Items purchased online through www.tokyoninki.com are returnable ONLY for items that have been highly misrepresented. 

The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. 

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, customers are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
